PWND! Look at Toshiba at Best Buy or Circuit City. I would get the close out model year ones. You usually get a decent deal on them. This is what I did for my son a few years back when he was starting college. Just make sure you get one with a Dedicated video card.
Sil...and Kaly...thanks for the Pics...can't wait to see them.

Swampgirl is a Moderator? DECENT! I was suggesting that months ago.
EDIT: They also should make PieXags a Super-Moderator.

Morning all! Last night was fun!
The end event event did not start until the last hour. Dragons appeared and started killing random people. The henchies started to fight them but did not last long. If you died you could only res by changing districts. There was also some warrior guy who had throwing swords as arms, he would throw them at people. That was about it. Some dist had trapped the dragon so it was no longer attacking, so they would dance naked under it. I took pics of the dragons, the warrior and the naked dancing. I may post them in the screen room after work.
At the end of the event it just booted us without any warning or fanfare.

Hiya everyone! Morning (or night, as the case may be )!
Yesterday was such a BLAST. I had sooo much fun hanging out with mah peeps, so thanks first off to my gorgeous girlies Kaly and Silhouette *mwah!*, to Stalker, Mavrik, tommarrow, Pwnd, and also to Old Dood, Atila the Hunny, Kailynn, and a buncha others who dropped by during the day. You all made it a rockin', wild, exciting, and memorable party
I have a bunch of screens with you in them, too, Dood, which I'll post when I'm back at my place.

Yeah I think Pie would be a good super mod. Anyone seen V for vendetta yet? I want to see it but some people are telling me it's good while others are telling it's crap. I'm in a bit of a dilemma.

Watch it and judge for yourself. What one person dislikes another loves. It's what makes this world interesting.

I saw it, Lou, and I loved it. I'm a big comics fan though and read the story awhile back (Alan Moore rules!), and it's very different in areas but keeps to the spirit of the original graphic novel. Hugo Weaving is just awesome as V and Natalie Portman is gorgeous and does a brilliant performance as Evey.
It's not the best comic book film I've seen but it's very smart and literate and the character is just so interesting, I think you'll enjoy it. Give it a chance
